Roof replacement

Full roof replacement with a modern look.The customer wanted to bring the property up to date as well as keeping water tight.This was a great project witch went smoothly and in in the time frame we promised.

Slate Roof replacement

As of many old slate Roofs in the UK this roof had no felt under the old slates.Water leaks were a problem.The customer had his heart set on a new Roof complete with new breathable felt and treated batterns.The completed Roof looked fantastic.

A simple chimney rembedding.Cracked and damaged we soon solved the problem.A nice slick waterproof finish was needed.

Lightweight roofing

 lightweight roof tiles we're installed on this building as additional weight was an issue.The completed job looked fantastic.

75% of roof leaks stem from poorly damaged drip felt.The felt is there to protect water from driving rain getting in the property.Adding Eaves protection units can eliminate water ever getting in.Made from a robust plastic they will last years.

Fascias, soffits and guttering full replacement cost guide

Full replacement with UPVC fascias and soffits with a choice of either white, anthracite grey, black or brown UPVC guttering. Also including where required, Over fascia ventilation, Gutter Guards, Bird Guards and Eaves Protection.
